Job description
  • Ensure completion of Spare Parts Orders are administrated within company guidelines
  • Develop, implement and manage parts Order and shipment administration policies and procedures.
  • Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable policies, regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Plan, direct and monitor customer service program to enhance customer satisfaction with company services.
  • Provide timely and accurate business operating reports such as Prompt supply ratio (PSR), Monthly sales values, Inventory statistics and forecast documentation with margin data and analysis for management decision-making per defined reporting schedule.
  • Plan prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper time management and functioning of the department.
  • Collaborate with other functional areas on cross functional departments.
  • Maintain 5S system in all warehouses with ongoing improvements.
  • Work with finance team on credit issues on monthly shipment in accordance with the Company credit policy.
  • Support any ad-hoc requests or reporting requirements as assigned by manager or driven by business needs.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years demonstrated success managing teams preferably in supply chain, customer facing or operational role
  • Strong knowledge of spare parts operating processes including purchase, Inventory and sales.
  • Experience in the B2B service industry would be an advantage
  • Demonstrated people management skills and negotiation skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM ideally in Microsoft Dynamics
