Job description

Individual to be involved in: 1. Understand company operation data, visualize the data and provide business insight through BI Tool (PowerBI), to support management decision making and ensure information availability. 2. Review and continue improve company internal operation processes. Carry out change management for any new process implementation or improvement. 3. Work with regional country center for process standardization and improvement. 4. Conduct process audit for internal and country center when required. 5. Support company management processes, including regular management events, KPI management, staff development, income and P&L risk analysis, etc. 6. Support annual business plan preparation.

Job Requirements
  1. Degree in Business Management or related subjects.
  2. At least 3 years Working experience in IT company or IT service provider environment.
  3. At least 3 years experiences in Data driven management, familiar with PowerBI or other BI tools for data visualization and presentation.
  4. Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to interact and work with different parties, including share services partners, department managers, regional IT managers, top management.
  5. Take initiative and proactive.
  6. Good work organization skills and able to prioritize and manage multi-tasking and activities.
  7. Basic understanding and knowledge on finance, budgeting and accounting.
  8. Occasional travel in Asian region is required.
