Responsible for the full HR functions in IT business unit, including planning, coordinating, and implementing HR activities. The functions include workforce strategy planning, employee relations, compensation, performance management, HR policies and regulatory compliance, with responsibility for directing specific projects and programs. Manage and support organizational design and development, leadership coaching and development of employees Working closely with HR counterparts of the APAC region to effectively partner with the business to drive region/company-wide programs and initiatives Collaborate with HR shared service/subject matter experts (COE) to develop programs/activities that meet business objectives. Partnering with cross functional teams to achieve the highest level of organizational effectiveness
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or equivalent 8+ years of working experience in a HR Business Partner role or equivalent Experience working in an IT or high-tech organization with fast-paced work environment Resilient and versatile, quick in setting and able to adapt to changing situations Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving mindset, with a willingness to be hands-on Well balance between strategic way of working and day to day operational matters with a proactive approach Experience in management and regional role Travelling to APAC countries as and when required
