Job description

• Provide 1st level IT Helpdesk and Desktop Support in: • Support company in-house applications, Microsoft 365, Antivirus etc. • PC hardware and software troubleshooting/installation/repair/warranty claim etc. • Setup Scanner, Photocopier, WiFi, Mobile Phone • Create/Update documentation • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
